Ronda is completely free for locums — always. We charge practices a small fee per completed shift (only after you’ve worked and been paid). This means we’re incentivised to make sure you have a great experience and that practices treat you well. Win-win.
You get paid directly by the practice, just like with traditional locuming. The practice is responsible for paying you based on your agreed terms. Coming soon: our automatic invoicing feature will help you generate and send professional invoices in seconds — you’ll be able to edit them for overtime you’ve agreed with the practice. And if a practice is late? Our support team will follow up on your behalf.

This protects you from being sent to shifts you’re not qualified for and helps you stand out for the work you do best.
